80 Amp charger that features microprocessor controlled automatic charging. Schumacher has a patent pending on the "thermal runaway" protection and algorithms allows fast and safe charging. There are four distinct charging modes: 1) fast charge needs 35 minutes for automotive and marine batteries, 2) full charge for automotive and marine batteries, 3) full charge for lawn tractor, motorcycle and ATV batteries, 4) gel fast charge for gel cell batteries. Works on 6 volt and 12 volt batteries. Designed for flooded, AGM, and gel cell batteries including: spiral cell, orbital or Optima batteries. This power source charges lawn and garden, motorcycle, and all power sport batteries. When charging is complete, you are notified by audio alarm and LED light. Featuring UL approved LCD display that is large, easy to read. A countdown timer show the time of charge remaining. Display shows charger mode selections and battery voltage upon start-up. The heavy duty cables are over 7 foot long. The extra long 4GA ultra-flexible welding quality cables have a 125 Amp polarized quick connect connector. Temperature-control fan cooling system and metallic finished all metal poweder coated case in a compact design for efficient use of counter space.
